Summer house is situated near the village of Tisno in Dalmatia on a peninsula of 60 ha of agricultural land with only four houses. In nature it is an old stone house from the 17th century, restored 30 years ago and situated in the middle of a 9000m2 area that extends to the sea. The property has a quay for use with two docking points for a boat and a ship. There are 577 grape vines and 48 olive trees on the plot. Last year there were about 1000kg of olives, from which 150 litres of the best virgin olive oil was pressed. An old stone wall surrounds the area.
